Join Baud Scientific as a Finance & Accounting intern to gain hands-on experience applying your expertise in MS Excel, financial modeling, business analysis, model assessment, Zoho Books, and financial reporting within a dynamic, real-world setting focused on sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounting entries, reconciliations, and maintain financial records utilizing Zoho Books, Tally, and related software.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and analyze business performance metrics using Excel and internal data sources.
- Assist with budgeting, monitor cash flows, track expenses, and support financial planning efforts.
- Collaborate with chartered accountants for GST, TDS, audits, and ensure statutory compliance adherence.
- Organize financial documents such as invoices, contracts, and necessary compliance paperwork.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
- Manage grant-related processes including documentation, compliance oversight, utilization tracking, and communication with grant providers and stakeholders.
- Provide support for business analysis initiatives, process enhancements, cost control measures, and automation of reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, finance, budgeting, and operational business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and data analytics.
- Experience or familiarity with Zoho Books, Tally, GST, TDS, and related compliance requirements preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset paired with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-focused, and capable of thriving in a high-paced work environment.
