About the Internship
FreJun India Private Limited offers an internship opportunity to join their recruitment team remotely. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and supporting the automation of hiring workflows. The selected intern will engage daily in activities essential to talent acquisition and recruitment administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates from LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms; conduct initial screening calls and organize interviews.
- Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and workflows within Notion; compose recruitment-related emails and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
- Assist in automating recruitment processes using Make.com, leverage AI technologies such as ChatGPT for recruitment tasks, and help document recruitment procedures and standard operating guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be available to work from home and be ready to start between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026, with a commitment of 3 months.
- Strong interest and/or experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, AI tools, and workflow automation platforms including Make.com, Notion, and ChatGPT.
- Preferred candidates are those currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related disciplines.

Additional Information
- Stipend package includes a fixed monthly pay ranging between ₹13,500 and ₹15,000 plus a nominal incentive of ₹1 to ₹2 per month.
