Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Business Development Manager with 2 to 5 years of expertise in US IT staffing to effectively manage client accounts, coordinate recruitment activities, optimize interview conversion rates, and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with direct clients, MSPs, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
• Prioritize and address client staffing requests promptly.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure swift and high-quality candidate submissions.
• Follow up with clients on resume status, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Oversee interview scheduling and candidate coordination processes.
• Negotiate rates as necessary to meet client and company objectives.
• Maintain daily records of requirements, submissions, interviews, offers, and new hires.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with current clients.
• Identify potential business growth opportunities and support sales efforts.
• Ensure efficient communication among clients, recruiters, and candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years experience in US IT staffing industry.
• Proficient communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Familiarity working with direct clients, MSPs, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
• Sound understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
• Knowledge of US visa categories such as USC, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, and EAD.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems like CEIPAL, JobDiva, and Bullhorn.
• Strong skills in follow-ups and negotiation.
