Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of training programs, ensuring they are effective, appropriate, and diverse in enabling participants to achieve their individual program goals.
  • Directly supervise and support facility management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, positive guidance, and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain compliance across funded, licensed, and regulatory areas adhering to applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Create and manage the program’s annual budget, overseeing fiscal responsibilities through financial variance reports, attendance reviews, debt management, service authorization, and client-to-staff ratio assessments.
  • Guarantee high-quality activities encompassing recreation, meaningful day programs, skill-building, and community engagement outings.
  • Drive operational efforts aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications
