Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of training programs, ensuring they are effective, appropriate, and diverse in enabling participants to achieve their individual program goals.
• Directly supervise and support facility management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, positive guidance, and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
• Maintain compliance across funded, licensed, and regulatory areas adhering to applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Create and manage the program’s annual budget, overseeing fiscal responsibilities through financial variance reports, attendance reviews, debt management, service authorization, and client-to-staff ratio assessments.
• Guarantee high-quality activities encompassing recreation, meaningful day programs, skill-building, and community engagement outings.
• Drive operational efforts aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
• Monitor and assess operational goals to continually support organizational plans and objectives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in human services or a related discipline is required.
• At least two years of direct service experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum three years of supervisory and operational management experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license at all times.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
