Role Overview
TalentPop App is hiring a remote Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant to oversee marketplace activities on Amazon. The position suits someone who understands Amazon Seller Central well and can manage listings, inventory, performance tracking, and seller support tasks with accuracy and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, and A+ content, to support stronger visibility and sales conversion.
- Track performance indicators such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion rates, and prepare weekly updates on results.
- Oversee FBA and FBM stock levels, keeping inventory balanced to reduce the risk of running out or holding excess stock.
- Submit and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support for problem resolution, policy guidance, and account health concerns.
- Research competitors and perform keyword analysis to uncover product opportunities and strengthen listing performance.
- Keep an eye on customer feedback, product reviews, and Amazon brand health metrics.
What the Team Wants
- At least one year of practical experience working directly in Amazon Seller Central.
- Solid knowledge of Amazon rules, ranking behavior, and proven listing optimization methods.
- Experience with Amazon research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is helpful.
- Strong analytical ability with careful attention to detail, especially when working with data and inventory systems.
- Clear and professional written communication for listing content and seller support messages.
- Self-driven work style and the ability to operate independently in a busy, target-focused setting.
Technical Requirements
- A dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.
- Access to a personal computer or laptop with an i5 processor or better.
