Role Overview
TalentPop App is looking for a remote Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant who can confidently manage marketplace activity on Amazon Seller Central. This position suits someone who is organized, performance-focused, and comfortable handling product listings, data, inventory, and seller support tasks that help drive growth on a major e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, and A+ content, to strengthen visibility and boost conversions.
- Track core marketplace metrics such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion rates, and prepare weekly updates on performance.
- Keep FBA and FBM inventory under control by reconciling stock regularly and reducing the risk of shortages or excess inventory.
- Submit and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to address issues, interpret policy questions, and help maintain account standing.
- Research competitors and perform keyword analysis to uncover product opportunities and improve listing reach.
- Oversee customer feedback, product reviews, and Amazon Brand Health indicators.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on experience working in Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon rules, ranking logic, and best practices for listing optimization.
- Experience with Amazon research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical ability and strong attention to detail, especially when working with data and inventory workflows.
- Solid written communication skills for persuasive listing content and professional correspondence with seller support.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with clear goals.
Technical Requirements
- A dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.
- A personal computer or laptop with an i5 processor or better.
