Team Overview

The Expert Call Services team based in Singapore comprises Analysts and Client Research Managers, crucial in driving growth across the APAC region. Working closely with the Go-To-Market team, they fulfill diverse client research requirements within a fast-moving environment. Role Summary

As an Analyst Development Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding the platform’s transcript content by engaging industry experts. This role challenges traditional investment research methods by promoting a high-performance culture. You will connect with experts, helping to enhance the content database and revolutionize the investment research/expert network landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage industry experts for client projects that require timely insights.
• Employ creative methods and tools to find relevant information and expert contacts.
• Conduct outreach via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email, and phone, targeting C-level executives and top decision-makers.
• Facilitate connections between investors and industry leaders to support informed investment decisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high performance and meeting objectives.
• Drive personal earnings by exceeding quotas and meeting monthly performance metrics.
• Progress into customer-facing roles involving account management and primary research with institutional investors and hedge funds as skills develop.
