Role Overview
This opening is for an L2 Support Engineer focused on application support, production issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong troubleshooting ability, hands-on SQL skills, and the confidence to manage critical incidents through to closure.
Key Responsibilities
The engineer will investigate and resolve application issues, analyze logs and database errors, and support production environments while working within incident, problem, and change management practices. The position also involves keeping communication clear and timely with stakeholders and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors when required.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have solid verbal and written communication abilities, good analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a practical understanding of application support workflows. Knowledge of SQL for basic to intermediate queries, Windows or Linux operating systems, web servers such as IIS, Apache, or Tomcat, and application architecture is expected. Familiarity with APIs, REST services, and related troubleshooting tools is an advantage.
Additional Expectations
Successful candidates are expected to take ownership of assigned issues end to end, follow up continuously, and actively drive incidents to resolution rather than simply forwarding them. Experience handling SLA-based production incidents and critical outages will be valuable.

Compensation
The position offers an annual salary in the range of INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,50,000.
