Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Appointment Setter / SDR who will primarily focus on outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule consultations for our senior advisor. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering performance-based commissions and the benefit of a well-established sales system, including CRM tools, scripts, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage warm leads who have expressed interest in our services
- Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and book consultations effectively
- Use a proven sales process and CRM to manage lead flow and appointments
Candidate Profile and Competencies
- Minimum three months experience in appointment setting by phone
- Understanding of high-ticket sales and agency business models
- Fluency in English at the business level
- Strong commitment to high standards and excellence
- Capacity to work with high volume outreach and persistence
- Excellent follow-through on both verbal and written commitments
- Self-motivated, target-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ownership of personal outputs and a continuous growth mindset
- Resilience to daily feedback and eagerness to develop skills without ego
