Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid two-day training program involving live call listening and role-playing exercises to prepare for the role.
• Connect with small business owners to qualify and arrange initial sales consultations using supplied leads.
• Educate potential clients on tax obligations and deadlines to enhance perceived consultation value.
• Conduct more than 300 outbound calls daily in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating polished professional phone etiquette.
• Lead appointments that may result in one-call sales closures over the phone.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong telephone presentation, attentive listening, and excellent writing abilities.
