Role Overview
We are seeking an Asset Manager based in Adelaide, responsible for overseeing IT asset management and lifecycle coordination, including managing hardware inventories and liaising with service providers for Device-as-a-Service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive records of IT assets, ensuring precise inventory control, classification, and tracking of asset lifecycles.
- Administer the supported end-user hardware catalog, covering devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile phones, audiovisual equipment, and telephony gadgets.
- Coordinate the Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) function, managing interactions with the relevant service provider to ensure efficient delivery and support.
