About the Role
CREGG is seeking a driven and detail-focused Assistant Brand Manager to join a client team located in Athenry, County Galway, Ireland. This full-time role supports the execution of global product launches, monitors product performance, and facilitates collaboration across functions to ensure effective brand management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Manager in implementing global product launch strategies.
- Help prepare briefs and communication collateral tailored for regional markets.
- Manage updates related to packaging and secure artwork approvals.
- Review key product assets before their release to market.
- Ensure packaging materials comply with approved claims and brand positioning.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools monitoring product performance.
- Aggregate sales and performance figures for analytical insights.
- Compile monthly summary reports for executive leadership review.
- Oversee KPI tracking to detect irregularities or missing data.
- Conduct competitor performance analysis and reporting.
- Work with regional teams to collect status updates and feedback.
- Monitor deliverable progress across departments to meet deadlines.
- Assist in organizing cross-functional meetings and documentation.
- Support lifecycle planning documentation and related workflows.
- Regularly update project management tools to reflect current status.
- Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions as needed.
- Become an expert user of internal project management software.
- Collaborate internationally across various time zones, with flexibility for occasional evening meetings.
- Complete all company training and comply with internal policies and procedures.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in product marketing or product management.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and project management platforms, preferably Smartsheet.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
- Detail-oriented with capacity to manage complex information effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and cultures.
- Flexible and capable of adapting to changing priorities and ambiguous situations.
- Willing to travel up to 10% annually.
