Position Overview

The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in leading the retail team and managing daily store operations. This role focuses on fostering a positive team culture based on collaboration, communication, and professionalism. The successful candidate inspires growth among team members, ensures excellent customer service, and maintains compliance with policies and regulations.

• Oversee cash handling, register accuracy, and transaction reconciliation
• Assist management in setting and surpassing sales targets through performance analysis

• Adhere to human resources policies, documenting relevant procedures
• Provide constructive feedback to team leads to support their development
• Coordinate with the General Manager to communicate goals and delegate tasks effectively
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably 2-3 years in retail or hospitality management
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, sit for extended periods, and stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist as required

Work Schedule

• Up to 40 hours on-site weekly with additional overtime as business demands
• Mandatory district meetings (~1.5 hours) on Mondays or Tuesdays
• Mandatory store meetings (~1.5 hours) on Tuesdays or Wednesdays
