Overview
We are looking for a proactive team member to assist with project management for a themed attraction. This position requires coordination between internal departments and external partners concerning technical scopes, contract handling, scheduling, and various ad-hoc tasks. The role covers all stages of the project lifecycle to guarantee timely completion, budget compliance, and smooth operational flow.
Key Duties
- Draft and consolidate tender specifications for custom industrial system installations, benefiting from familiarity with local contract forms.
- Evaluate commercial and technical tender submissions to support internal decision-making processes.
- Oversee contract execution related to bespoke industrial installations, aiming to minimize impacts on project timelines and budgets.
- Assist with project scheduling, including timeline analysis and cash flow forecasting.
- Collaborate actively with design consultants, main contractors, operations teams, regulatory bodies, and senior management to align creative concepts with practical implementation and budget controls.
Skills & Abilities
- High sense of responsibility and ownership, exhibiting strong problem-solving and persistence even amid uncertainty.
- Exceptional time management skills to juggle conflicting tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Rapid learning ability to assimilate new themed entertainment concepts and apply them effectively.
- Capability to handle complex and ambiguous situations, providing clarity and driving project progress.
- Technical proficiency in interpreting drawings and contracts, conducting financial and technical analyses, and preparing stakeholder presentations.
Education & Language Requirements
- Preferably a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant practical experience.
- Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension for collaboration with international teams; conversational Mandarin is advantageous.
Additional Information
- Standard workdays are Monday to Friday, with flexible hours needed as occasional evening or weekend duties may arise.
- On-site presence is required at active construction locations.
