Job Overview
This position provides crucial administrative and clerical assistance to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department, ensuring smooth documentation and record-keeping aligned with HSE operations.
Key Duties
- Accurately compile, prepare, and submit daily attendance and timesheet records of all HSE personnel promptly.
- Manage purchase and service requests related to HSE by coordinating with respective departments and following up as necessary.
- Keep inventory of basic stationery items needed for HSE daily activities, replenishing supplies as required.
- Organize physical and digital departmental records, including filing and scanning, while strictly adhering to data privacy standards.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for HSE staff members.
- Register and manage security clearance procedures for all visitors to the HSE department.
- Ensure timely payment processing for goods and services provided to the HSE department.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within the marine industry.
- Highly attentive to detail with excellent data management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and general office support functions.
Education
Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent.
