Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Modi Auto Group Private Limited in Pune, Maharashtra. This role supports the achievement of vehicle sales targets while leading and motivating the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly vehicle sales goals.
- Lead, inspire, and assess the performance of Sales Consultants to maximize productivity.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries from walk-in customers, digital sources, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Facilitate daily sales meetings and supervise sales operations.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for Sales Consultants.
- Manage leads efficiently using CRM tools and provide regular updates.
- Maintain superior customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Monitor showroom daily footfall, inquiry conversion rates, bookings, retail sales, and delivery performance.
- Compile and deliver sales management information system (MIS) reports to the management team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, OEM guidelines, and internal dealership protocols.
- Organize sales events, promotional offers, and corporate sales initiatives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients and important customers to drive business growth.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 30,000 to INR 45,000.
