About the Location

This opportunity is based at the redesigned Four Seasons Hotel Doha, a beachfront urban retreat in Qatar’s capital. The property combines modern elegance with sea views and sunlight, while staying connected to local Qatari character. Opened in April 2005 and refreshed through a major renovation completed in 2019 before reopening in March 2020, the hotel includes 237 rooms, 20 unbranded townhouses and villas, a major food and beverage operation with 10 venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, extensive banqueting and outside catering, five pools, a private beach, a fitness center, and a spa and wellness area with hydrotherapy features such as an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room, and hydrotherapy pool.

Job Description

The Server Assistant is a key part of the Food & Beverage team and plays an important role in delivering consistently high-quality guest service. In this position, you support the Food Server in creating a pleasant dining experience that meets Four Seasons’ standards for quality, professionalism, and warmth.

You will be responsible for clearing tables quickly, carefully, and according to the required standards, as well as resetting them properly. The role also involves side work, polishing silverware, and replenishing condiment containers and crumb tables.

Schedule Requirements

This role requires flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have basic food knowledge, a professional personal presentation, and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to perform to Four Seasons standards is essential. The ideal person will be outgoing, adaptable, and ready to take a positive approach to different tasks.

Reading, writing, and speaking English fluently are required. A degree or diploma in Hotel Management is also expected.
