About the Role
Enrich & Enlight, a specialist executive search firm focusing on top management placements, is recruiting an Associate Creative Director for a leading IT/ITES client. This position requires in-person attendance in Bangalore for interviews scheduled on 1st August, with working hours from 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a creative team based in India, comprising designers, copywriters, videographers, and UI/UX specialists, aligning their efforts with US creative leadership priorities.
- Mentor and support the professional advancement of team leaders and members to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and understand go-to-market strategies across multiple business segments.
- Coordinate with professionals in different geographies, including the US and Costa Rica, to ensure creative team integration.
- Define creative vision and strategy, utilizing advanced art, design, and branding principles to craft engaging visual stories and proposals.
- Implement design thinking approaches to transform complex business concepts into compelling creative solutions.
- Set standards for clear communication of creative ideas to various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Provide strategic guidance to generate innovative solutions within proposals and other project deliverables.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience with creative design in agency settings is essential.
- Understanding of pursuits and presales functions.
- Proven people management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Workfront tools is advantageous.
Additional Information
- Interview Location: Bangalore, in-person on 1st August.
- Shift Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
- Hiring locations include Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and Pune.
