About the Role
MWD Creative Agency is in search of an Associate Creative Director to spearhead the creative vision behind our most influential brand experiences from initial concept to final delivery. You'll craft the strategic and artistic groundwork for large-scale experiential campaigns, guiding cross-functional teams to produce culturally impactful, globally relevant, and visually outstanding work.
This role demands close collaboration with leadership and clients to conceive innovative ideas and strategic concepts for leading brands in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative concept development for extensive experiential campaigns, brand activations, and content-driven moments.
- Establish and communicate a clear creative vision ensuring cohesive alignment from strategy through to execution.
- Mentor and direct Art Directors, Designers, and 3D teams to enhance creative quality across projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business goals into compelling creative initiatives.
- Manage the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and proposals, contributing significantly to business development efforts.
- Maintain consistency and high standards in all creative outputs, from concept to production and installation.
- Leverage a strong understanding of global culture, trends, and audience behaviors to guide creative direction.
- Encourage innovation and challenge teams to produce standout work within the experiential and creative sectors.
Candidate Profile
- Over 8 years’ experience within creative agencies or in-house teams, working on experiential, branding, or integrated campaigns.
- A robust portfolio showcasing conceptual creativity, leadership, and multidimensional storytelling across channels.
- Demonstrated capability to direct complex, multi-layered projects creatively.
- Confident in making presentations and engaging with clients and senior leadership.
- A keen design sensibility paired with a strong, distinctive creative perspective.
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams effectively.
- Ability to balance holistic strategic vision with detailed-oriented execution.
- In-depth knowledge of culture, fashion, design, and worldwide creative trends.
