Role Overview
The Associate Facilities Manager is accountable for overseeing the daily operations of facilities to achieve a near-perfect uptime of 99.9% across all company locations. This role demands proactive handling of facility-related issues, vendor coordination, and strict adherence to budgetary constraints to drive cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities operations for all Cult, FF, and other formats, ensuring prompt and efficient support to operational teams while maintaining 99.9% uptime.
- Respond promptly to and resolve facility tickets raised by operations, audits, and quality teams through various ticketing platforms.
- Implement and enforce operational systems and procedures on-site to maintain uninterrupted facilities maintenance and support aligned with predefined budgets.
- Execute all facility-related services within budget limits, aiming for annual cost savings by introducing innovative cost optimization strategies.
- Oversee vendor relationships alongside assigned Points of Contact (SPOCs) to guarantee continuous service without downtime; develop contingency backups for critical vendors and identify new vendors capable of performing routine maintenance across centers.
- Protect assets by coordinating equipment and machine testing with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and preventive maintenance initiatives focused on business continuity.
- Lead planning and execution of facility refresh and facelift projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections of workmanship and materials used by vendors, highlighting improvement opportunities and benefits.
- Maintain updated facility data and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, including provisions, preventive maintenance schedules, cost tracking, and budget comparisons for respective regions.
- Supervise regular preventive maintenance and verification checks to confirm all systems and processes function efficiently, ensuring zero downtime.
