Role Overview
This role centers within Oliver Wyman's Finance, Risk & Restructuring (FRR) Practice, which integrates capabilities in finance, risk management, treasury, restructuring, and business transformation. The practice aids financial institutions, corporates, private equity investors, and regulators in tackling critical, data-driven, and AI-empowered challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead consulting teams on projects involving finance, risk, and restructuring by overseeing analysis, workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Translate analytical outcomes into clear executive-level presentations and actionable insights.
- Manage projects through meticulous planning, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders while delivering impactful solutions.
- Drive analytical rigor using financial, operational, and risk assessments, enhanced through automation, advanced analytics, and Generative AI tools.
- Support diverse client initiatives such as finance transformation, enterprise risk, treasury, regulatory shifts, operational resilience, and improvements in data, reporting, decision making, and model governance.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Professional experience ranging 4-6 years for Associate level or 7-10 years for Engagement Manager, preferably within top consulting firms or financial services sectors, with expertise in finance, risk, treasury, restructuring, or business transformation.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and multiple workstreams in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging high-level stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Educational credentials including undergraduate or higher degrees from reputable academic institutions.
- A natural curiosity and investigative approach to data exploration and complex problem identification.
- Comfort with large datasets and an analytical mindset oriented towards AI and GenAI-enabled finance and risk applications, such as automation, model governance, and analytics-driven decision support.
