Auto & E Rickshaw Driver

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and responsible driver to operate 3-wheeler vehicles, including autos and e-rickshaws, primarily for transporting passengers or goods within Agra. The role requires adherence to traffic laws and safety standards to ensure secure and timely journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently drive a 3-wheeler auto vehicle during shifts.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries or passenger transportation as assigned.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and company safety procedures consistently.
• Keep the vehicle clean and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Promptly report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
• Verify delivery paperwork, trip records, or customer information when needed.
• Maintain courteous and professional conduct with customers and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving license specific to 3-wheeler auto vehicles.
• Ownership or access to an auto 3-wheeler vehicle.
• Familiarity with Agra's local routes and geography.
• Preferably at least one year of experience driving similar vehicles.
• Basic proficiency in spoken Hindi for communication.
• Punctual, disciplined with a customer-friendly demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or passenger transport roles is advantageous.
• Comfortable using mobile applications or GPS navigation tools.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with shift timings adaptable to business needs.
• Weekly off days allocated according to the duty roster.
