Key Responsibilities

• Bring Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to life by making products and delivering experiences that truly delight customers.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, keeping your work area clean, well-organized, and prepared for inspections.
• Lead and support team members to foster a workplace culture centered on wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Maintain a curious and motivated approach, continually enhancing baking techniques and leadership abilities.
• Effectively manage the physical demands, timeline pressures, and pace common in a busy bakery setting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a formal baking qualification or an equivalent credential recognized by the industry.
• Have prior experience working in a bakery environment characterized by a fast pace.

Work Schedule

The position follows a roster schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, starting early at 3:00 AM and ending by 12:00 PM.
