Role Overview

This position involves supporting daily operations related to Gold loans at a branch level while delivering excellent customer service. The candidate will actively assist the branch team in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the branch's Gold loan procedures and customer interactions every day.
• Support the team in managing and resolving customer questions and concerns efficiently.
• Engage in efforts to generate leads, acquire new clients, and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives designed to improve the branch's presence and visibility as tenure grows.
• Develop skills to help build personalized client connections and maintain these relationships over time.
• Perform various administrative duties including data entry and report preparation for branch operations.
• Obtain practical experience and knowledge about financial services, products, and customer relationship management.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this role ranges between 10,000 and 25,000 INR.
