Barista

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and proficient Barista to become a key member of our team at our newly launched cafe located in Sector-37, Faridabad. This role offers the opportunity to engage in coffee crafting, food preparation, and customer interaction in a vibrant cafe setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of hot coffee drinks utilizing espresso and hot coffee machines with precision.
• Design and craft visually appealing latte art and coffee presentations to enhance customer experience.
• Make refreshing cold coffee beverages, frappes, shakes, and other specialty drinks.
• Support food preparation efforts by making items such as pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, fries, and assorted cafe snacks.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards as well as food safety protocols throughout operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere within the cafe.

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating hot coffee and espresso machines effectively.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and skill in latte art.
• Basic know-how in preparing common cafe food items including pizzas, burgers, and sandwiches.
• Ability to prepare cold coffee drinks, frappes, and other blended beverages with consistency.
• Strong communication skills complemented by a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Previous work experience in cafes, coffee shops, or restaurants is preferred but not mandatory.

Monthly Salary Range: INR 15000 to 18000
