About the Role

We have an exciting position open for an experienced Batcher at our Allied Concrete Plant located in Nelson. This hands-on role reports directly to the Branch Manager and includes a variety of tasks such as scheduling deliveries, precise batching of high-quality concrete, managing raw materials, and overseeing plant safety and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing the batching of concrete accurately in line with quality standards
• Coordinating and scheduling concrete deliveries efficiently
• Managing inventory and raw materials to ensure continuous operations
• Maintaining strict adherence to plant safety and quality control procedures
• Collaborating with team members to support plant operations
