About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a leading international main contractor's dynamic pre-construction and design team based in Maynooth, County Kildare, Ireland. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, technically complex data centre projects across the UK and Europe, backed by a strong pipeline of long-term contracts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of BIM models on multiple active and pre-construction data centre projects across Europe.
- Collaborate closely with design managers, engineers, pre-construction, and project teams to ensure effective project coordination and delivery.
- Manage all aspects of model coordination including clash detection and administration of federated BIM models.
- Analyze drawings and technical documentation to identify and resolve design conflicts before the construction phase.
- Support the implementation of BIM execution plans, uphold model standards, and assist in optimizing digital workflows within projects.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Technician, Digital Engineering Coordinator, or Revit Technician.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM coordination methodologies and processes.
- Experience contributing to large-scale construction endeavors such as data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, industrial or manufacturing plants, or other sophisticated building projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills enabling effective collaboration across diverse multidisciplinary design teams.
- Eligibility to work legally in Ireland.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from €40,000 to €60,000.
