Job Overview

This role involves serving as a Biology Expert to provide detailed critical assessment and feedback on biology-related content used in AI development processes. The expert will create, refine, and evaluate scientific scenarios and questions that represent complex biological issues in real-world contexts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Critically assess and offer comprehensive feedback on biology-related data, prompts, and content integrated in AI workflows.
• Develop, review, and fine-tune scientific questions, explanations, and scenarios that reflect advanced biological problems.
• Deliver expert insights that guarantee the precision, relevance, and thoroughness of AI training data and outputs pertaining to biology.
• Collaborate with platform teams to resolve uncertainties and enhance data quality, scope, and representative accuracy for biological subjects.
• Maintain clear documentation of findings, approaches, and justifications to facilitate transparency and reproducibility of deliverables.
• Engage in repeated review cycles and continuous assessments aimed at strengthening AI capabilities in biology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (PhD) in Biology or a closely related life science field.
• Strong expertise in fundamental biological concepts with the aptitude to interpret and explain complex topics for varied audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities ensuring clear and precise scientific feedback.
• Experience in scientific data analysis, critical evaluation of research studies, and synthesis of complex subjects.
• Proven track record of independent work with consistent delivery of high-quality results under project guidelines.
• Experience contributing to interdisciplinary scientific or technology projects; familiarity with artificial intelligence is advantageous but not required.
