Job Overview
We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee sales and collection activities at our designated branch. The role focuses on managing operations, building partnerships, and ensuring performance targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales and collection processes within the assigned branch.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Electric Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturers (EV OEMs) and dealerships within the region.
- Ensure the branch consistently attains its sales and collection goals.
- Recruit and provide training for branch team members to foster high performance.
- Generate daily performance reports and management information systems (MIS) documentation.
- Gather regular customer feedback to monitor satisfaction and enhance service quality.
