Job Overview

EU Defense Capital is looking for a detail-focused Business Analyst to act as a liaison between company needs and technology implementations. This full-time position suits early to mid-level professionals aiming to play a key role in analyzing processes, gathering detailed requirements, and enabling successful project and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements from various departments and stakeholders.
• Examine current workflows, systems, and processes to uncover areas for enhancement and better efficiency.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and formal business documents based on gathered needs.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, operational teams, and stakeholders to ensure optimal solution delivery.
• Perform data analyses and conduct reviews on business performance and processes to guide decision-making.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and discussions to align project goals and consolidate information.
• Assist in project planning phases, testing procedures, rollouts, and managing change processes.
• Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct gap, root cause, and impact analyses to evaluate business initiatives.
• Support user acceptance testing to verify that solutions fulfill business expectations.
• Track project results and suggest improvements for ongoing development.
• Maintain precise business documentation, including process maps and project files.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience preferred in business analysis, operations, consulting, project coordination, or data analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and critical reasoning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation aptitudes.
• Proficient in gathering, recording, and interpreting complex business demands.
• Skilled with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business documentation tools.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, Tableau, or similar software is beneficial.
• Familiarity with business process modeling, project management, and system implementation methods is an advantage.
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
