Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into detailed functional and analytical documentation.
• Assess and profile enterprise data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Design KPIs, reporting structures, and build analytical models.
• Conduct forecasting, scenario analysis, and apply statistical methods.
• Ensure the accuracy of dashboards, reports, and analytic deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with both business and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in eliciting business requirements and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Strong skills in analytical thinking and problem resolution.
• Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for carrying out analytical tasks.
• Capability in data profiling and evaluating data quality.
• Understanding of forecasting techniques, scenario modeling, and statistical evaluation.
• Effective communication skills to present analytic results to both technical and business users.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Strategic Workforce Planning processes.
• Experience analyzing HR, payroll, finance, or budgeting data.
• Knowledge of Monte Carlo simulations and sensitivity analysis methods.
• Experience in prototyping visualizations and dashboards, especially using Power BI.
