Role Summary and Responsibilities
For a long-term engagement, we seek a Business Process Consultant on a temporary contract. Reporting to the Group IT Manager, the role involves leading the documentation of current workflows and working closely with stakeholders to outline future processes related to ERP system selection. Key duties include:
- Partnering with the ERP Project Team and Steering Committee to deliver clear, practical process insights.
- Conducting comprehensive mapping of present (AS-IS) processes across Europe and North America, accurately reflecting operational realities.
- Organizing interviews and facilitating workshops with operational staff and senior leaders.
- Reviewing and structuring existing operating models, detecting gaps, and crafting a coherent ERP process framework to guide system selection.
- Participating in the design of future process states to ensure pragmatic and actionable solutions.
- Maintaining frequent presence at the headquarters in Bous and traveling extensively across Europe and occasionally North America to remain aligned with operations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Process Analyst skilled in mapping and documenting business processes within multinational and multi-entity settings. Qualifications include:
- Experience capturing, analyzing, and recording AS-IS processes using recognized business process methodologies and mapping tools.
- Familiarity with ERP projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong facilitation capabilities to structure discussions, encourage constructive dialogue, and drive consensus and decisions.
- Engagement skills to interact confidently and credibly with personnel at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
- A pragmatic, detail-oriented, and hands-on professional able to operate efficiently in dynamic international environments.
- Full professional fluency in both English and German, spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Europe and to North America as needed.
- Residence at the headquarters located in Bous.
