TRS Resourcing is recruiting for a skilled Cabinet Maker / Joinery Installer to join a growing commercial construction business in Tullamarine, Victoria. This is a permanent full-time position for a trade-qualified professional who is comfortable working both in the workshop and on site.

What you will do

• Build and assemble bespoke cabinetry and commercial joinery components.
• Carry out installation work for premium joinery on residential and commercial sites.
• Interpret shop drawings and architectural plans accurately.
• Use CNC equipment and other woodworking machinery when needed.
• Complete fit-offs, final adjustments and finishing details to a high standard.
• Coordinate with workshop and site crews to keep projects on schedule.
• Follow quality, safety and company procedures at all times.
• Troubleshoot and fix installation or production issues efficiently.
• Keep the work area tidy, organised and safe.

Skills and experience required

• Formal trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery or a similar field.
• Hands-on background in both manufacturing and installing custom joinery.
• Good understanding of commercial and residential fit-out work.
• Confidence in reading and understanding shop drawings.
• CNC machine experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Effective communication and practical problem-solving skills.
• A current driver’s licence is required.
• White Card is preferred.
