Calibration Engineer

About the Role

This position involves hands-on calibration work for a range of electrical, mechanical, pressure, temperature, and dimensional instruments. The role is based in Chennai and focuses on maintaining measurement accuracy, documentation quality, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out calibration assignments both at the company facility and at client sites for electrical, mechanical, pressure, temperature, and dimensional equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate calibration documentation and reports.
• Ensure that work is aligned with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and related quality standards.
• Investigate faults, identify measurement issues, and troubleshoot instruments as needed.
• Offer technical assistance and support related to calibration activities and instrument performance.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

Additional Information

This role requires both in-house and onsite calibration work. The annual compensation offered is INR 3,60,000 to INR 6,00,000.
