We are looking for Clinical Systems Analysts to maintain, optimize, and support essential healthcare IT platforms that enable clinical workflows. This role combines clinical process understanding with technical expertise to enhance system reliability and usability in hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues impacting clinical systems by troubleshooting, testing, upgrading, and ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and other stakeholders to gather clinical and operational needs and convert them into actionable technical configurations.
• Deliver system support, user training, and create documentation to facilitate efficient use of healthcare technologies by clinical teams.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in managing or supporting healthcare IT environments including electronic health records (EHR), clinical software, or hospital infrastructure systems.
• Proficient in diagnosing technical problems, conducting system tests, and implementing optimizations.
• Skilled in translating clinical workflows into technical system setups through effective communication with clinical and IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in data annotation, quality control, or evaluation platforms.
