Role Overview
As a Co Founder at Digital Dhanda, you will be instrumental in guiding the company's overall strategy, operational functions, and expansion efforts. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating on business objectives, crafting digital marketing services, managing client acquisition and retention strategies, and nurturing key client partnerships. You will also lead campaign development and performance evaluations, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and manage resource allocation. Additional duties encompass recruiting and mentoring staff, establishing effective workflows, and deploying tools to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. This is a full-time position conducted remotely, demanding synchronized coordination with fellow founders and teams operating across different digital platforms and time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive expertise in essential digital marketing areas including SEO, SMO, PPC/Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven success in formulating and implementing digital marketing plans that increase traffic, generate leads, and improve revenue for clients or enterprises.
- Experience in business development activities like lead generation, client engagement, and securing long-term partnerships.
- Operational management skills such as designing processes, monitoring performance, budgeting, and planning resources.
- Leadership skills to build and mentor teams while promoting a collaborative and inclusive remote work culture.
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics and reporting tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, enabling clear idea presentation to internal teams and clients.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating high ownership, adaptability to risk and ambiguity, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines, although equivalent practical experience is equally respected.
