Job Responsibilities

• Prepare construction cost estimates based on project documentation and bill of quantities.
• Create bill of quantities for minor construction works.
• Compile cost pricing data.
• Assist in putting together comprehensive cost proposals for clients.
• Request and analyze subcontractor offers.
• Coordinate communication with project managers and site supervisors.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary or higher education in construction or related field.
• Familiarity with budgeting software like RTS or Kros is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, with responsibility, precision, and reliability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical thinking ability.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings is beneficial.
