- Keep leadership teams aligned, accountable, and moving in the same direction.
- Maintain a steady reporting rhythm and execution discipline.
- Manage relationships with Tier-1 general contractors such as Skanska, Barr & Barr, and JE Dunn.

Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in specialty trade construction, especially Finishes, Envelope, or Division 9/12 work.
- Strong expertise in both estimating and project management.
- Background managing multiple entities or divisions.
- Demonstrated success in scaling or diversifying service offerings; drywall experience is preferred.
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.

The ideal candidate should bring “humble authority” to the role — someone who understands field realities while still upholding standards and accountability.
- Empathetic yet firm in decision-making.
- Low-ego leadership with a focus on clarity and ownership.
- Strong accountability standards for teams and commitments.
- Executive presence that earns respect in both boardroom and field settings.
- Approachable, but uncompromising when performance requires it.
Success Measures

- Consistent execution cadence and KPI ownership.
- Successful integration of drywall into the existing operation.
