Job Responsibilities
- Prepare construction surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and applying primer.
- Perform application of paint, coatings, and finishing layers on walls, ceilings, metal structures, and other surfaces.
- Execute painting assignments at various construction sites, including work at elevations such as high-rise buildings.
- Deliver quality finishing that meets project specifications and standards.
- Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and company standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and ensure cleanliness of the work area.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant painting experience within the construction field.
- Capable of working safely at heights.
- Physically capable of enduring outdoor construction environment conditions.
- Experience or familiarity with using scaffolding, ladders, gondolas, or boom lifts.
- Basic understanding and commitment to workplace safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and collaborate effectively within a team.
