The position involves coordinating project information, organizing contract and schedule records, and supporting day-to-day project execution. You will help prepare scopes for new commitments and contracts, manage RFIs, submittals, and transmittals, publish meeting notes, follow up on action items, and assist with payment processing and close-out documentation.

- Keep contract files, project estimates, and schedules up to date.
- Route and manage project data through PMWeb.
- Assist with materials for meetings, bids, and presentations.
- Track and expedite material and equipment purchases.
- Work with project controls to review any proposed scope, schedule, or budget adjustments.
- Review contractor payment requests and confirm required documentation is complete.
- Coordinate and maintain photo records of project progress.
- Compile and send final records and project close-out files.

You should be able to understand construction methods and materials and interpret drawings and specifications.
Preferred background
A bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline, or equivalent hands-on construction experience, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in construction or construction project management and proven ability to manage several projects at the same time.
