About the Role
Alleviative Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Construction Worker to join their esteemed construction and engineering team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diverse manual labor tasks across construction sites.
- Operate machinery and tools while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Support site preparation and post-work cleaning activities.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality benchmarks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education requirement: High School or Senior High School diploma; additional construction-related certifications are advantageous.
- Proven experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in construction roles demonstrating competence.
- Skilled in handling various construction tools and equipment.
- Understanding of safety regulations and ability to interpret blueprints.
Working Environment and Personal Attributes
- Capable of working in physically challenging conditions, including exposure to different weather and willingness to undertake overtime when necessary.
- Exemplifies a strong commitment to work, effective communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
