Content Evaluator

Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Evaluation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week with compensation between $22 and $70 per hour.

Key Duties

• Critically review AI-generated content to assess quality, clarity, usability, and overall user experience.
• Detect inconsistencies and areas for enhancement in a variety of content formats and visual presentations.
• Utilize structured guidelines to provide detailed and insightful feedback aimed at refining AI models.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to establish and improve quality benchmarks, scoring standards, and evaluation procedures.
• Ensure evaluations are accurate and consistent to produce dependable, actionable outcomes.
• Support ongoing improvements to evaluation methods and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Native-level English skills equivalent to C1 or C2 proficiency.
• Exceptional reading comprehension paired with keen attention to detail.
• Strong observational abilities with a good sense of aesthetics or editorial standards.
• Capacity for critical thinking and delivering consistent, high-standard evaluations, even in uncertain situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
