Key Responsibilities

• Source and include stock footage, AI-generated materials, and other creative assets as needed.
• Format videos to suit various platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts according to specifications.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, designers, and other creative professionals during content development.
• Stay up-to-date with video editing trends, viral styles, user behavior, and emerging creative methods.
• Manage several video projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and adhering to deadlines.
• Use creative insight to enhance storytelling, pacing, visual appeal, and overall content effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven video editing experience demonstrated through a compelling portfolio of creative and engaging work.
• Experience producing short-form video content focused on advertising or social media campaigns.
• Strong grasp of storytelling elements, pacing, hooks, transitions, subtitle integration, and sound design.
• Proficiency with editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of SaaS-style animations, 3D animation, or Morioka-style design is a notable plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools is beneficial.
• Excellent creative vision, meticulous attention to visual details, and strong design sensibilities.
