It specializes in delivering groceries and daily necessities within 20 minutes, utilizing Meituan's advanced "front-tier warehouse + instant delivery" model. The brand reflects Meituan's commitment to enhancing consumers' lives through quality food and convenient shopping experiences abroad.
Role Overview
The Copywriter will be accountable for localizing advertising material to suit target audiences, ensuring all content reflects linguistic precision and compliance. This role involves managing ad content safety across language and media, proactively identifying risks, and driving improvements for quality and regulatory adherence. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, the candidate will facilitate efficient project completion and lead vendor guidance. Additionally, maintaining and optimizing a multilingual knowledge repository of advertising and marketing language is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of advertising localization by deeply understanding the product and audience to guarantee linguistically accurate and high-quality promotional content.
- Lead efforts on advertising content safety, monitoring language, images, and videos to spot risks and enhance content quality and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal operations and external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and timely project delivery.
- Support translation and review vendors by providing operational guidance and continuously improving a multilingual knowledge base that includes standard ad copy and commonly used marketing expressions.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Localization, Literature, or a related field; native Arabic speaker preferred.
- Complete fluency in Arabic with excellent oral and written communication skills, and a keen understanding of cultural and linguistic subtleties.
- More than one year of professional experience in localization, particularly with emphasis on quality and Arabic language management.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing several projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
