Overview
INTAS Foundation, the corporate social responsibility division of Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., is dedicated to implementing impactful CSR projects designed to support underserved populations throughout India. Their initiatives like Apna Ghar, Blood for Life, and Patient Assistance Programs have positively affected over 6.9 million beneficiaries across 31 states and union territories. These projects are driven by committed regional and state teams who collaboratively plan and expand programs to ensure measurable outcomes. Currently, the Foundation aims to recruit empathetic professionals to deliver vital mental health services to individuals and families coping with cancer and other chronic illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions addressing psychological challenges linked to medical conditions affecting patients and their caregivers.
- Provide socio-economic advice and promote awareness of social and health security schemes available to patients.
- Maintain accurate case files, patient documentation, and reports.
- Work closely with healthcare providers, including clinicians, to support patients in accessing healthcare services and managing their treatment pathways.
- Develop and sustain collaborative networks with hospitals and healthcare organizations to strengthen patient support services.
- Coordinate patient-centered activities that empower patients and caregivers with essential knowledge and skills.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in counselling techniques and practices.
- Strong communication abilities and team collaboration experience.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail in documentation and administrative responsibilities.
- Competent in maintaining comprehensive reports and records.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should possess a graduation or postgraduate degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology. Experience in public health and reporting will be considered favorable.

Salary and Benefits
Compensation depends on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The role includes additional benefits such as group life insurance, accidental insurance, medical coverage, travel reimbursement, and leave entitlement in accordance with company policies. Approximately 20% travel, within and outside the state, is required.
