Role Overview
The Creator Partnerships Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing WorkMoney Media's creator program by sourcing, onboarding, and overseeing creators who expand the organization's reach, foster audience engagement, and bolster key campaigns across social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This project-based position manages creator relationships from initial contact through campaign fulfillment, ensuring alignment with goals, quality content delivery, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in expanding and managing WorkMoney Media's creator program across relevant social channels.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise creators tailored to campaign goals, audience focus, and locations.
- Develop and nurture strong connections with creators, acting as their main contact during assigned campaigns.
- Coordinate creator outreach, communications, content deliverables, approvals, schedules, and payments.
- Collaborate closely with the Creator Partnerships Manager to grow creator networks, increase program capacity, and manage campaigns across varied markets.
- Partner with teams including research, editorial, production, social, legal, and marketing to prepare creator briefs and campaign assets.
- Match creators to campaign objectives based on audience demographics, content style, expertise, and geography.
- Review creator outputs to ensure message accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to platform standards.
- Monitor campaign metrics and creator performance, suggesting improvements for upcoming partnerships.
- Maintain updated creator databases, campaign documents, and workflows to ensure efficient program operations.
- Keep abreast of trends in the creator economy, emerging talents, and platform best practices to spot new partnership opportunities.
- Undertake additional tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least three years managing creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent relations, or social media collaboration.
- Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and manage creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other main social platforms.
- Experience handling multiple creator campaigns simultaneously, balancing competing demands and deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, creator trends, and best practices.
- Strong skills in relationship management, building trust and clear communication with creators, their representatives, and internal teams.
- Excellent project management capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Experienced in overseeing campaign timelines, content approval processes, deliverables, and creator communication end-to-end.
- Competence in analyzing campaign outcomes and advising on future partnership improvements.
- Independent work capability along with effective cross-team collaboration in a brisk environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related area or equivalent experience.
- Meticulous organizational skills and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication commands.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-moving creative setting.
- Passion for WorkMoney Media's mission to enhance financial health for everyday Americans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling creator campaigns across multiple geographic locations or regional projects.
- Background working with mission-driven organizations, advocacy efforts, media, or digital publishing.
- Familiarity with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media management software like Emplifi, Sprout Social, or equivalents.
- Experience negotiating creator collaborations, compensation, and project details.
- Understanding of FTC sponsorship disclosure rules and best practices.
- Skill in monitoring campaign analytics and generating performance reports.
- Established connections with creators, agencies, or talent managers considered advantageous.
