Role Overview

The Crew Control Officer Pre-Ops ensures uninterrupted crew preparedness by developing stable and regulation-compliant rosters, supporting the seamless operation of aviation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and update crew schedules, standby arrangements, and planning system data to guarantee smooth pre-operational readiness.
• Analyze roster details, crew availability, and scheduling complexities to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Optimize crew assignments to maintain roster stability across all facets of operational planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize training programs, crew pairings, and standby duties in line with regulatory mandatories such as FDTL and fatigue risk management standards.
• Address roster conflicts and support last-minute operational changes effectively.
• Drive continuous process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven enhancements.
• Prepare and distribute operational readiness reports and advise planning and training units on compliance and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Possess at least four years’ experience in airline crew operations, scheduling, or planning roles.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, crew management software, and operational planning methodologies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and apply insights for operational improvements.
• Experience in training coordination, system optimization, or continuous improvement efforts within crew operation environments is advantageous.
