Role overview and responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer support throughout the patient journey.
• Handle incoming communications from patients via calls, emails, live chat, and task management.
• Manage treatment-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate communication between orthodontists, partnering clinics, and patients.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with patients during their onboarding.
• Incorporate feedback to continually optimize customer communication processes.

Candidate requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear structure.
• Dedicated to resolving customer issues thoroughly.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Enthusiasm for utilizing modern communication technologies.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with dental or medical professionals, or in health and beauty sectors.
• Arabic language fluency.
