Job Overview and Responsibilities

Join our Customer Care Team to build enduring relationships with our clients and support them in achieving their fundraising goals. Your role will involve furnishing exceptional customer service and managing communications related to fundraiser campaigns.

  • Deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Act as the main post-fundraiser contact for sponsors and participants, providing timely assistance with inquiries, purchases, and general support.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues regarding fundraiser cards, associated stores, purchases, and shipments.
  • Manage incoming calls on the company’s main line promptly, directing calls appropriately.
  • Provide accurate details about shipping status, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
  • Efficiently process order forms, card orders, and prize fulfillment.
  • Prepare and dispatch fundraising materials, including cards, order forms, posters, prizes, and supplies.
  • Assemble and organize custom fundraiser packets with sponsor-specific information.
  • Support inventory organization such as restocking prize shelves as needed.
  • Assist part-time staff with shipment preparation, envelope stuffing, and packaging fundraiser materials.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure sponsors receive necessary support and materials for active fundraisers.
  • Maintain focus on accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced environment handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email, process orders, and maintain customer records.

Eligibility and Qualifications
