Role Summary

This position is for a customer-oriented representative who can handle client interactions, resolve concerns, and contribute to a smooth support experience. It is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions and complaints in a courteous, calm, and empathetic way.
• Work toward quick and effective resolution of customer issues to keep satisfaction high.
• Develop and sustain positive working relationships with customers.
• Support efforts to improve customer service workflows and overall service quality.
• Juggle several tasks at once while staying accurate and attentive to details.

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills.
• Good ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks.
• Patient, optimistic, and detail-focused approach.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

Salary & Benefits

The compensation offered is ₹26,000 to ₹38,000 per month. In addition, there is a night shift allowance for work done beyond 40 hours per week.
